Good evening Please I'm here to lay a complaint as a returning client only for me to come to your amusement park today (around 8:45pm) in fact I'm typing this message still at your amusement park I came to buy beverages and other stuff at park side went to the food list to verify price since the people were not attending to me, I decided on what to buy and top up (over 8,000) only to return for payment none of the stuff are available and my money is stuck there at the moment. And all this could be avoided if your staff were so kind to let me that they were not available at the moment. Now I'm so frustrated and hungry...

Their system is rigorous, first you have to purchase their card then recharge the card from your atm card, you don't make payment with your atm card rather you use their card and once the mo ey is exhausted you either go home or go back to the reception to recharge again, Also their workers are thieves, if you don't monitor them, they over charge you for each payment your making as there's no way you'll track your record cos your not getting any debit from their card, so you have to keep doing plus and minus to track how much is left, To me that place...
