Oguta lake, also known as a mysterious lake is located in Oguta-Ameshi town(where my former boss CHARLY BOY is from) of IMo state.
According to folklore, the two angry river flows without meeting as a result of the fight a husband and wife had; the husband represented as the murky-brownish water and the green-looking one , the wife.
This town has a lot of history: from serving as a tourist destination to all and sundry, it also has a high-yield oil and gas fields which suggests that - it is of high economic importance to the country and a host to a lot of oil-producing companies.
I must also add as I took notice of nearly all the women in that town to be of great height. Something I quizzed to know if there was a factor the world should know about - lol. I dare not forget how bubbly and enjoyment-lovers these people are for the weeks we spent there at Christmas. If you want an experience, visit Oguta. Let me know if what I highlighted is true.

i enjoyed a boat ride here. i road in a naval boat and boy, it was the most fun i’ve had in almost a year. i 100% recommend you visit oguta. the town is clean and serene, devoid of the city type pollution. roads are well-paved as well.
