Well, I am currently a student of the school so I should have pretty a lot to write. it’s a well structured school found in the heart of Yaba Akoka, Lagos. The bureaucracy and organizational system is top notch. The school has provided hundreds of big wigs in the country currently and even abroad. The school has 9 faculties with numerous Departments. Two General Church and one central mosque, plenty banks, plenty eateries, plenty supermarkets, halls for formal and informal events, recreational spots, beautiful parks and statues. 11 Public hostels and two private hostels. A we’ll beautified Lagoon Front, Two big Libraries, the 11 floor senate house building, a very big and well equipped sport center, an amphitheater, staff clubs, cold rooms, medical center, a top standard security unit, a zoo, botanical garden, geographic garden, pharmaceutical centers. The Public Hostels; King Jaja Hall, Mariere Hall, Professor Saburi Biobaku Hall, Kofo Ademola Hall, Queen Moremi Hall, Professor Eni Njoku Hall, Madam Tinubu Hall, Fagunwa Hall, Makama Bida Aliyu Hall, Honors Hall. Private Hostels; Unilag Women Society hostel and Sodeinde Hostel. List of some Halls in the schools; Jelili Adebisi Omotola Hall, J.F Ade Ajayi Auditorium, Tolulope Hall, Julius Beggar Hall, Afe Babalola Auditorium. List of Faculties; Faculty of Education, Faculty of Environment Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Management Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Medicine.

The Slogan of the school is “Indeed and In Truth” it is also called the FIRST CHOICE UNIVERSITY. There’s also a staff school for Nursery and Primary school children and also an international school for secondary...

The University of Lagos fondly called Unilag was established on 22nd of October, 1962. The University since its inception has been saddled with the responsibility of intensifying the training of a professional workforce that would bring about rapid change and development to the industrial, economic and political sectors of the nation. Driven by a mission “to provide a conducive environment for teaching, learning, research and development, where students and staffs will interact and compete effectively with other counterparts globally”, the University has grown over time starting up with just three (3) faculties, to having twelve (12) faculties, offering over 60 departmental courses; a college of medicine, and several research centers and institutes. The University of Lagos currently has three campuses. Two (2) in Yaba (Akoka and the recently created campus at the former school of Radiography), and one in Surulere; it’s College of Medicine located in Idi-araba. The main campus at Akoka is surrounded by the Lagos Lagoon providing a very beautiful view around the University. Enrollment into the University has grown from a startup intake of 131 students in 1962 to over 40,000 students. Unilag is fondly referred to as the “University of first choice” and the “Nation’s pride”. Students and alumni of Unilag are popularly addressed as...

It's a foremost University in Nigeria where innovative research and new ideas are consistently tested and implemented. What I most admire in the institution is it's continuous strive for excellence in terms of constantly optimizing it's processes both academic and non-academic, to follow the times the 🌎 is moving towards. The institution has a number of Campuses aside the central one within Yaba axis. It has a flexible programmes both those geared towards obtaining undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) degrees. That being said, diverse UG and PG programmes are offered here and with it's dynamic location, the institution is highly sort after by students. Furthermore, the institution is situated in a very large landmass, and has a good interconnected road network. It's infrastructures (building) are constantly renovated in phases. The school boosts of renowned faculty members across various faculties and Departments. Strict protocols are followed here and I can vehemently attest to this fact with respect to its postgraduate arm. Lastly, to succeed in this institution, you need patience and resilience, and you must be the type that never...

A chance to scream my lungs out!!! Count me in 😂😂 I even cried at a point because what?!!! The amusement park is located at Apapa @apapaamusementpark and you need to get a card which costs 1k and thereafter you load the card with money which your rides would be billed from. The adult rides cost between 1k-3k and it’s very very exciting, there are rules and regulations for people who have health issues and fear of height. Anyways, is this an experience you’d like to have? Do let me know in the comments🤭🤭 #dunnielambo @Apapaamusementpark

I'm really not sure how to review Unilag seeing as all I had to do over there was write an examination in one of their halls. I was at the university for just 2days because the course/certification I was sitting for had me assigned to the school. Overall the experience was great, environment was quiet and serene- the parts of the schoolI walked through; it did remind me though of my time back in school (Babcock University, I graduated 2014). Sitting in that hall reminded me of the classes, the tests, examinations, my friends back in school, my lecturers e.t.c. It was such a nostalgic moment, the feeling didn't last long though lol as I was more focus on why I was in another class now and trying to wrap up my reading for this course; filled with over 300 people that shows you learning never ends and people are always making plans (Nigerians most especially) to better their lives and chances in this difficult side of the world. After my last paper today, I worked into one of the student restaurants and I got myself a plate of jollof rice and spicy goat meats; it was absolutely delicious. What's life without a bit of heat and spice 🥰🥰🥰😂😂.
