On Friday 3rd June, 2022 (10:33am, Nigerian time), I was privileged to visit the National Museum in Oron LGA, Akwa Ibom state. Together with a few of my colleagues (Auntie Margaret, Mr. Emetui, Mr. Nsikan and Auntie Goodnews) and more than 70 students of University Arms Education Foundation, Uyo, we visited this historical site where we got to see and learn firsthand, events in the past as regards our culture and country. It was about an hour drive (I think mainly because of the bright weather and good roads) from and back to Uyo; and the journey all through was fun. On my next visit to Oron someday in the future, I think I would love to pay for a quick water- drive in the waters of Oron that extends to the Atlantic ocean.

It's not functional from the look of things, was only able to park inside to go sit by d water front and bought fisher man soup from d water front bar/restaurant. Then went to see how cargo boats were made.
