Wer in Hovden Station macht und etwas Zeit hat sollte hier unbedingt den kleinen Hügel besteigen. Der Weg ist nicht anstrengend und mit Kindern machbar denn es winkt am Ende im Touristenbüro eine Urkunde wenn man den „Berg“ erklommen hat. Oben gibt es ein kleines hüttchen zum reinsetzen mit Feuerstelle und eine Rohr zum durchschauen wo noch andere Berge sind und wie diese heißen. Besonders am Nachmittag bzw Abend empfehlenswert da steht die Sonne schön am Himmel und es sind nicht so viele Leute unterwegs.
