The sculpture is about a 40-60 minute walk along a beautiful scenic coastal path once you leave the main town centre area. There are some public toilets nearby but no facilities otherwise. The sculptures are placed in a small cove and are accessible on foot with caution. There is no information board etc explaining the purpose of the sculptured they are just there but I enjoyed looking at them and the beautiful walk.

Great walk from the cruise port. Took around an hour. Interesting sculptures in the water and further up is an old German gun turret and a lovely sea view. Added bonus was a monument to the unification of Norway and even better there were toilets!

Excellent sightseeing spot with intriguing meaning behind it. I never realised the horses heads represented diggers for fracking until I read a nearby sign. Worth a walk to see (there’s not much else to do in Haugesund).

3.5 miles from port. Nice walk. The horse and riders represent the nodding donkeys of the oil industry, and this is depicted in the horses heads.

Beautiful coastal walk. We walked from the cruise ship port which took us about 1 hour 15 mins. Easy stroll along a gravel path.
