Prestholtseter — Attraction in Hol

It was surprising to meet Nepalese working men at such a remote spot. It was very worthwhile to climb their stairs to the top. Amazing views! The owner of Prestholtseter was friendly and you can have a nice sit down in the old farm house watching the goats with some coffee and a choice of traditional Norwegian dishes. This was a lovely hike up the Prestholtseter! It was pretty easy through all the stairs upwards. And back and fourth it’s a pretty short hike to. We saw rainbows, lovely clouds and the sun. Everything you need. We also so many sheep and goats along the way. But I would recommend bribing plastic bags to put your shoes in at the end of the hike. So your car doesn’t...

We had a delicious lunch at Prestholtseter after an arduous climb up the Hallinskarvet. The mushroom soup was out of this world.
