Absolutt verdt å ta turen! Reins kloster, opprinnelig Rein kongsgård, en norsk herregård øst for Trondheimsfjorden, i Indre Fosen kommune, Trøndelag. Rein ble gitt av kong Olav Kyrre omkring 1070 til Skule Tostesson Kongsfostre, som ble stamfar til kong Inge Bårdsson (d. 1217) og dennes yngre halvbror, tronepretendenten hertug Skule Bårdsson (d. 1240). Klosteret ble opprettet på gården av Skule Bårdsson rundt 1230. Ruinene av klosteret er fortsatt synlige, og tilhører i dag Foreningen til norske Fortidsminnesmerkers Bevaring.[1]
