So glad we booked. After driving for a number of hours we stopped in for 3 hours of walking, animals, food and some fun family orientated rides and attractions that our daughter really enjoyed. The park isn't huge, but that means you can manage to walk it easily in a few hours, although we could also have spent longer. We saw a few of the animals, but we late for the feedings. We had a snack at the restaurant and the food was good and relatively fast. There was hand disinfectant at every station and everything was clean. Some rides were closed due to Covid19, which was a bummer, but better to be safe. If we are ever passing by again we will definately stop. Well...
Read moreNice place for children in the age 3+. Plenty animals and activities. Even if it consumes some money to spend a day there for a family, it is a memory that children remembers. Some activities has to be paid for extra, in addition to the entrance fee, like the Zip-line (photo), the climbing area and the internal shuttle train. The crash-boats were fun, but there was also a lot of people waiting for thos, so expect some waiting there. Also the downhill carting/roller coaster was fun for the kids, but might not be something for those below 4years old. The day we were there, it was more than 30deg...
Read moreIt is an absolutley lovely place to spend a couple of days or even a couple of hours. We made sure to be in front of the cages for the animal feeding and presentation and got to see the wonderful feline hunting movement of the lynx, and how playful the wolverines were. Also the bears are so massive that you can't miss them whenever it is that you pass by there.
Oh, and if you have little ones, make sure to stay by when they start feeding the smaller animals: that was the only time when the hedgehog was out of his nest, and my 2 yo daughter absolutely loved...
