Nedre fjellheisstasjon Narvik — Attraction in Narvik

We rented out skis in early January. The equipment was ok, nothing special compared to standards of the alps, slopes and helmets old, skis more recent. What really made us mad though was that after payment we were offered to get an intro to the ski resort, mentioning that only one of the slopes would be open. To pay the full price for reduced opening hours with no slopes and no info in advance about this is, to put it mildly, very bad service and, to be blunt, close to scamm.

We can therefore not recommend this...

The location of this ski resort is amazing. I loved spending a day here, however it was very disappointing to learn on arrival that there was a skiing competition that was blocking 3 of the 5 available slopes. They eventually opened them gradually. Also, keep in mind there are 2 lifts closed for the season (see attached photo). I don't think this is very clean on...

Rental equipment is very low quality and very expensive for that also.

Additionally, the person at the rental was extremely rude of us. He did not understand our English and since he did not understand, he made fun of us. If you can't talk English properly, it's you I should make fun of.

Sorry, we definitely won't take a vacation here...
