Vi har snakket om Telemarkskanalen i flere år, endelig fikk vi det til. Det var en stor opplevelse og mye fin natur å se. Mye Canada gås fikk vi sett etter som vi dro oppover dalen, en del ender, mange flotte boliger og hytter. Mange sto og vinket når vi passerte. Morsomt med slusene og hvor mye arbeid som er lagt ned for å få til denne ferdsels åren. Det forenklet arbeidet med å få fram tømmer fra langt inne i skogen. Det ble fortalt noen morsomme historier underveis. Vi var utrolig heldig med været, sol og fint temperatur. Vi tok buss tilbake når vi kom opp dit båten Henrik Ibsen lå.
