Harald Huysman Karting — Attraction in Oslo

Great place ! I had a lot of fun last weekend ! :-) The site: large, clean, with all the facilities such as food, coffee, toilets, plenty of space to sit, watch the races, or just chill. The staff: Great people, helpful and attentive. The really contributed to enhancing my experience. Birk, Sebastian and another guy on Sunday and Victoria and Sander on Monday. Many thanks to them ! I had a lot of fun :-) ! The track: Challenging but a lot of fun, especially because the gokarts reach good speeds. The track is long enough and wide enough to be able to overtake and make room between the drivers to set up for a fast lap without interruptions. The gokarts: Great speed and well maintained, you get value...

(Update: junior carts are now restricted to 20km/h. Boring even for small kids. Was 30km/h up to recently)

Terrible, terrible safety on track. This is my second time with serious safety issues. Two hours after opening there is a 1 hr delay, due to "all the accidents we've had today"!!!

Today I drifted into the pit stop after 3 minutes and ordered them to take my kids off the track: none of the other drivers respected the yellow light and continuously bumped into us while yellow (which was about 90% of the time).

Got a free pass tomorrow where we will have the track...

Many times I was slowed down because of "drifting" at the corners, but it didn't (ant I told to the people who have a control and sitting by tha pc)...track ok, kartings ok, slowing down people without a reason (-5☆)...and also a form that you have to fill up before driving...YOU have to help people to fill up because its in norwegian language (at that time when I was there last time), DON'T turn around and say: you have to fill it, its your problem :) that was shocking :) after that Im NEVER going...
