We betaalden de entree bij de kiosk bij de weg en de oude vrouw die ons de kaartjes verkocht zei dat ze met een paar minuten naar boven zou komen om de deur te openen. Zo hadden wij nog tijd om even rond het kerkje te lopen. Het bleek dat ze niet alleen het kerkje opende, maar ons ook een enthousiaste rondleiding te geven. Ze was duidelijk trots op het kerkje en dat was te merken. Dit is zeker een bezoek waard!!

Such a pretty Stave Church, with a lovely knowledgeable lady showing you round. Her very helpful and business savvy grandaugter was selling the tickets. What a team! If I come to Norway again, I would love to return...
