A spectacular vista for photographers and general travelers alike. I normally avoid such touristy areas, but there is an observation deck here for a reason.

Note that for Aurora Viewing it is recommended that you actually stand off the platform to the left, perhaps even including the platform and people in the shot, to avoid the bounce of the platform which will blur shots. Also, there isn't much parking here. Maybe enough...

This artistic platform gives a vantage point of the gorgeous scenic view of Bergsfjord and the surrounding mountains, the view here is simply breathtaking. This is definitely a must stop if you are driving along Country Road 86, the platform is just beside the road. The only issue is the parking is small, can only park about 5 cars the most, so, try to come early during peak seasons. No toilet...
