Ersfjord Beach — Attraction in Senja

Beautiful beach BUT beware of parking officers, parking is not allowed in front of the beach even it first seems that there are parking places next to road. Parking fine is 900 NOK, quite expensive for 30 min parking. I asked officer why ”no parking” is not clearly marked for example on the fence, answer was that the community doesn’t want that, so it seems that this is very efficient way to collect money...

A gorgeous beach with amazing public facilities! Bring something to barbecue and brickets, there is a luxurious covered grill available. A really good home base to nearby hikes like Segla, if you're there with a car. Awesome for watching the sunset on a sunny day. Please respect the designated parking and tent areas, the disrespectful tents right next to public picnic tables really disturb the view for...

Gorgeous place. I thought there would be dinosaurs hidden in the forest, but after some googling found out that Nublar Island is somewhere in Central America and not in Senja.

Despite the lack of dinosaurs, the views are impressive and the sand is world class.
