Correction: Kristiansand is a city and a beautiful one at that. In Oslo I was so bummed The Viking Ship Museum is closed until 2025. But wandering around the Medieval Akershus Fortress was delightful. In Leirvik the Sunnhordlandstunet Museum (phew don’t have to try to pronounce that one). Was a true gem. #travel #Norway #norwaynature @hollandamericaline Have you been to Norway?

Saw the sign off of 39 and decided to stop in. We learned a lot about the local history and Helge was kind enough to show us around. What a great treat and a wonderful museum!

Wir waren heute dort zu Besuch und uns hat es super gut gefallen. Die Dame am Empfang hat uns alles ganz toll erklĂ€rt und die Ausstellung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Unserer Tochter hat vor allem der Bastelbereich gefallen, die Idee mit den MilchtĂŒten ist spitze! Uns wurde sogar ein Haus von innen gezeigt mit vielen tollen Informationen. Viele Dank nochmal fĂŒr die tollen GesprĂ€che und die persönliche 'FĂŒhrung'

Die HĂ€user kann man nur wĂ€hrend einer FĂŒhrung von innen sehen. Es gibt englische und norwegische FĂŒhrungen. Ohne FĂŒhrung kann man die HĂ€user nur durch das Fenster anschauen. Es gibt vielleicht 10 HĂ€user und 4 oder 5 sind bestĂŒckt; also zum Anschauen gedacht. Es gibt ein Museumshaus in dem man etwas ĂŒber die Historie des Fischfang und des Gebietes sehen kann. Kann man Mal machen, muss man aber nicht. Ohne FĂŒhrung macht es...
