The Bridal Veil Waterfall, locally known as “Brudesløret,” is one of the enchanting waterfalls in the iconic Geirangerfjord, Norway. As you go through the Geirangerfjord, by cruise or yatch…! the Bridal Veil Waterfall is a captivating sight. The water cascades down rugged cliffs in a shimmering sheet, creating a mesmerizing effect. When sunlight catches the droplets, it gives the illusion of a bridal veil. We rented a small boat at the camping site near the fjord and in two hours time we explored the fjord accompanied by two small wales. Wow what an experience. Later on we discovered so many waterfalls of great beauty.

The Brudesløret is one of the famous waterfall in the Geirangerfjord. From Geiranger it is the waterfall on the right after Sju Systre (Seven sisters). When survey the map, the waterfall must have a height...

Exactly in front of the seven sisters waterfalls. You get to see it from the ferry from Hellesylt to Geiranger and vice versa. It’s pretty scenic to see this waterfall and the seven sisters in the front of it. There is legend associated with these falls.
