A good museum with some buildings and open air park. Child-friendly place. Fantastic view with waterfalls and mountain surrounding. Parking space is available. A small museum shop sells ice cream, snacks, local handmade souvenir as well as old books. You can also take a walk towards Løykja...

Stoji za to nastivit jako ceke muzrum . Je to muzeum a bývalé sidlo skotkje slechticny, ktera přinesla sebou mnoho know how do udoli z tehdejsiho britského imperia a moudrostí pro léčení, vareni a pod. Nakonec vsak na buben přišla diky sve skotske bance a lide se pak o ni postarali. Ona zůstala se svymi oddanymi slouzicimi az do smrti Ma krasny hrob na tamnim hřbitově, kde ji zemrel jeji jediný syn a i proto...

En vakker og fredelig park med historiske trebygninger. Hovedbygningen er særlig konsentrert om Barbara Arbuthnott og engelsk adel på 1800-tallet. Det er omvisning og åpen museumsbutikk i noen sommeuker. Noe begrensede åpningstider. Stenger vanligvis kl 17.00. Der er kunndkapsrike omvisere, men vanligvis bare en tilstede. Ved omvisning stenger dessverre museumsbutikken. Parken er åpen til alle tider for vandring...
