Rørvikstranda — Attraction in Vågan

Be careful of parking! We got a ticket for 900 NOK because the kind parking police said we had parked at the bus stop. The bus stop sign and stand was about 100 meters away. And there were no "no parking" signs where we parked. Every car (about 20 cars) along that strip got a nice 900 NOK fine that day. And probably every day the same thing happens! So make sure you park in the official parking area - a bit further away from the beach. A beautiful beach. There is a more hidden part of the beach further from the road that has a beach volleyball court, but there was a lot of sulphuric smell in the more hidden section. There are a few spots suitable for camping, but there is a house quite close to the beach (definitely closer to some potential camping spots than the 150m limit), so we opted not to camp there.
