Purple fireweeds are all over and around the island. 北歐特有的火之草花，學名柳蘭，很好看呈顯紫紅色，此花是草藥，具消炎作用。So many mountains are big and small in between, very changeable! Creating amazing landscape.we took a Princess arranged. After priority boarding on the tender, we arrived the island of gravdal, Leknes port. Bus is waiting there. First stop is Henningsvar after one hour drive. We visit art gallery, watched a very nice shooting film of nature combined with artists works. A very short sightseeing around the gallery, we headed to next stop, Svolvar. Here, we experienced ice bar. heavy and warm coats were prepared by the bar stuffs. We got inside to explore the art works. They are all created by ices. We also tested a cup of cold drink. After 1.5 hours drive, we backed to the ship. Too short time stop for each.

Der Hafen aus der Region Lofoten. Direkt am Steg gibt es ein Souvenir-Shop,ein kleinen Berg sonst leider fast nichts für Touristen. Die Touristen-Info organisierte bei uns ein Shuttle nach Leknes oder weiter nach Borg in Wikinger Museum ca. 10€ alle 30 Minuten. Alternativ eine Rundfahrt (Sightseeing Tour) mit dem Bus für 45€. Eine Einzelfahrt (90 Min.) mit öffentlichen Bus (742+741 oder 300) für Erwachsene kostet 6€ und evtl. 1x umsteigen (App bzw. Webseite von Snelandia wegen Busfahrplan) fährt selten, daher der Touristen Bus zu empfehlen. Autovermietung: Nicht offizielles gefunden, aber es stand jemand im Avis T-Shirt mit einem Polestar 2 am Hafen. Es sollen Leute die 4 km nach Leknes gelaufen sein. Landschaftlich von weiterem schön anzusehen die Region.

Pretty little harbours. Not a tourist-trap area. Great beach not far away where there were sheep everywhere, on the white sandy beach, the rocks, by the tents people were in! Stop at the tourist center. Beautiful blown glass.

Most Northern shop we have ever visited! Limited stock, but what does that matter? Use the local coach trip - great guide who has a great sense of humour and much better value than the cruise tours!

Stunning views of leknes and raines. Not much at the port, but a 10min bus ride into leknes and not much to do there. We had a tour of mountains, and went through raines which was a nice place.

Such an incredibly beautiful part of this world. Granite mountains that rise to the heavens, beautiful white beaches and beauty that almost exceeds what the mind can handle.
