Kondangi Lake view Point

The season or time of day does not influence the overall experience of visiting The Lake. Though indeed it does have a proper name, I refer to The Lake as such because its living, breathing, constantly changing essence is only really captured by this informal name.

On a Summer Morning, one may look forward to gazing upon a still mirror showing the reflection of an orange sun as it rises from behind the hill which acts as the centerpiece of the opposing shore’s landscape. As it burns off...

Excellent place..

I visited this place on Saturday, December.

It's free and not under anybody.

The water level will be around 5 feet deep from the entrance to 20 feet distance into the Dam. Post that it is very deep.

You can visit this place in November, December and the first part of January due to rainy season.

The water is clear and did not see any ugly things around it.

You need to bring your food, drink water and snacks. There is no shop nearby to buy the needs.

No bus...

If you are near by you must visit this place atleast once..... The view of place is just wow... When you go there the area is very pleasant..... I will suggest when you go u must go by bike or scooty because the area view the surrounding nature everything near by is amazing...... I had only visited once but when you go I will suggest take a towel with yourself atleast..... Because when I went there I was not able to stop myself by taking a bath in that .... And you can swim there too .......
