When you arrive by car, there is a parking very close by (coming from the highway, just pass the entrance of wadi Shab under the bridge and the parking will be on your left). To start the hike, you first need to take a 1 minute boat ride to the other side (1 Omr, last ride at 5pm). After you cross, it's about 45 minutes to wadi Shab first pool (that's where I stopped).
