This fort offers a nice museum showcasing the costumes, military history and architecture of the region and was a part of a network of forts stringing the coast of Dhofar. It was a residence of the local governer in the 1930s and currently houses a cafe and a deck from which to enjoy a view of the ocean with some local coffee.
