RATANSI PURUSHOTTAN ( 1843- 1904) built a large house near mabad al Banyan in 1890 which too was destroyed in 1974 to expand the new palace. The temple has Sri Krishna known as Srinathji as the residing deity. The temple that houses Sri Krishna is pretty spacious. The other small enclaves house Sri Ganapathy and Devi . The Bhudda is in the open inside the complex inside a small shrine. The deities and the shrines are decorated beautifully every day and during festival days the decorations are very elaborate. The temple complex is very well maintained. There are taps for drinking water and for washing the hands as well. Photography is not permitted and visitors are expected to come fully covered.
