Fizagat — Attraction in Babuzai Tehsil

Fizagat, located in the northern areas of Pakistan, is often chosen by travelers as a stopover between popular tourist destinations like Kalam and Malam Jabba. However, based on my experience, it’s not a place that offers much in terms of attractions or activities. While the location may seem convenient on the map, in reality, Fizagat lacks charm and things to do, especially if you're staying overnight.

The area has no notable tourist spots or natural beauty to enjoy during your hotel stay. It feels more like a transit town than a destination in itself. Once you check into a hotel, there’s not much to explore around — no proper parks, viewpoints, or cultural sights to make the stay enjoyable. Most hotels are average and serve the basic purpose of rest, but they do little to make the stop worthwhile.

Unless you have specific travel constraints, it’s better to plan your stay directly in Kalam or Malam Jabba, where there are far more scenic views, activities, and attractions to enjoy. Fizagat is a small town and tourist's spot in the suburbs of Mingora city in Distt Swat. It's location has significant importance and attraction for tourists. A narrow and zigzag pass between River Swat and lush green Fizagat Top (mountain) add a scenic beauty to this specific spot. Nice and healthy place to visit. Excellent environment, peace and soothing sounds of river makes it a romantic place. Fizghat or Fizagat is situated in the valley of Swat. You can take diversion from Mangora which is considered the capital city of Swat valley. Fizghat has very good and reasonable family hotel for overnight stay which serve variety of local foods dishes. You can get food of your choice by placing timely orders at restaurants.
