The Kallar Kahar Museum is a small museum located in the town of Kallar Kahar, Pakistan. The museum features a limited number of exhibits, mostly consisting of artifacts related to the town's history and culture. While the museum's collection is not extensive, it provides visitors with a glimpse into the local culture and way of life. The museum is housed in a small building that is easy to find, and admission is affordable. However, visitors should be aware that the museum's hours may vary and should plan accordingly. The exhibits themselves are interesting, but there are not many of them. Visitors should not expect to spend more than an hour or so exploring the museum. Despite its small size, the Kallar Kahar Museum is a worthwhile stop for visitors to the area. The town itself is surrounded by scenic beauty, including the Kallar Kahar Lake and Takht-e-Babri. These natural attractions provide a welcome contrast to the museum's indoor exhibits and offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the region. In conclusion, while the Kallar Kahar Museum may not be a must-see destination for all travelers, it is worth visiting for those interested in learning about the local history and culture. Visitors should also take the time to explore the area's natural beauty, including the Kallar Kahar Lake and Takht-e-Babri, to fully appreciate the region's attractions.

Easily accessible from motorway and about 10 min on vehicle can make to kallar kahar museum which is on the bank of kallar kahar lake. The lake has gone dirty now but the museum still attracts tourists from all corners of the country. It has remains mostly from mangol era. Although the government has taken care of the upkeep of museum but the staff don't bother if the visitors touch or even break the archeology. Sir conditioning is totally off and the receptionist is only collecting tickets providing no guidence. Recommended in cold weather along family and friends. Elderly might face difficulty going up till takhte babri.

Nice small museum in Kalar Kahar. We wrmt thre by chance after having a look at the Kalar Kahar Lake. Were told by the curator of the rich history of the area. Some notables who had spent time around Kalar Kahar were the mughal empror Babur.....and lots of saints have gone through there. That is why there are plenty of shrines. The area lacks development and will probably auit someone to visit during winters. Given the reaources, the locals have still done well. Shout out to the tickect counter staff / curator who was kind and took time to explain everything.
