I’m giving four stars rating to the location, area and peaceful area. It’s a great place which is in most worst current condition due to mis managed and un maintained facilities. This place could be much and much better. In game room table tennis table is broken, cue of snookers are broken, tennis court without net and grilles are broken with no lights. swimming pool was reserved for other party. If they are giving pool to the company function they should informed to other guest that this facility will not be available on that day (but pool area is nice and water was clean). I asked for the cricket bat from which three they all have two are broken. Rooms and washrooms are in reasonable condition. Staff was also good except a lady on the reception. Food is also good.

Visited Arabian Sea country Club bin Qasim it was long way drive to reach there. One should keep the car top up with fuel and other stuffs specially traveling along with family. As after entering Pakistan Steel Town barrier there is no Fuel Pump so need to be very careful. Outside county club ample car parking inside it was bit deserted now due to the post covid period. The furniture was old and rusted and broken as well. Need proper overhauling and replacement of things. Food was delicious and and service was very good. Staff was courteous
