Korangi Zoo — Attraction in Karachi Division

The worst experience here. It has turned into a poisonous environment for kids. Do not take your kids here. Lack of facilities. (No sitting arrangement) (No proper canteen just a broken old unhygienic stall)

Unhealthy atmosphere for kids. (It has turned into a bunking and dating point. Boys and girls from tuition centers would be found at every corner.

Safety. (Boys are found harming privacy, pretending to be tiktoker they brach your privacy. Occasionally, you will find families or ladies fighting for this reason.

Animals in bad condition. If administration can not maintain it then they must be fired.

Swings in bad condition. (Token rides are serious hazard. Beware. Token rides are broken. Don't let your kids go on all rides watch out for safe rides.

Stinky pool rides. (Water paddling boats are in bad condition. Pool is filled with algae which is stinky and...

I visited Korangi Zoo where adult tickets cost 50 rupees each. Unfortunately, I observed some distressing conditions: two monkeys were dying due to forceful fasting, a hedgehog was agitated due to heat stress, confined in concrete cages without shade. Several deer lacked grass and shade, and thick fencing obstructed the view of ostriches. Additionally, ducks, geese, and turtles appeared motionless, resembling statues, while two pelicans and a crocodile were present. The bird cage housed only common birds, and the fish aquarium, with a 30 rupees fee, was dimly lit with unwashed tanks and sluggish fish. The facility also offered battery-operated car rides for 100 rupees per token. Overall, it was a disappointing experience—a waste of time and money.
