Dear Sindbad Wonder Land Management,
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the experience my family and I had during our visit to your park on 21st july 2024. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by several issues that need your immediate attention.
Firstly, the overall cleanliness of the park was extremely disappointing. The area was littered with trash, and it was evident that regular maintenance was not being carried out. This not only diminishes the enjoyment of visitors but also poses health risks, especially to children.
Secondly, there was a significant issue with mismanagement throughout the park. There were no staff members available to guide or assist visitors, and the attractions seemed to be poorly supervised. This led to confusion and dissatisfaction among the visitors.
Most concerning was the situation near the 4D cinema. There is a residential building adjacent to the cinema, and occupants from the 3rd floor continuously threw trash and water down into the park area. When we reported this to the staff present, we were told that this happens regularly and that complaining is futile. This response is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your management's ability to address and resolve such serious issues.
Attached are some pictures that illustrate the problems we encountered.
I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues. Maintaining a clean and well-managed environment is crucial for ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Moreover, addressing the issue with the neighboring building is essential to prevent such disturbances in the future.
I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the steps you will take to address these problems.
Thank you for your attention to this...
Read moreHi, My Name Is Rohaan Shahzad , Recently, I visited Sindbad's Wonderland Amusement Park, and here’s my take on the experience:
The Good: Environment: The overall atmosphere was enjoyable, and the park had a lively vibe, perfect for a family outing. Staff: The staff was polite and helpful, which added to the experience. Food: Although we brought our own food, the available options seemed hygienic and well-maintained. The Not-So-Good: Rides: Unfortunately, the rides felt outdated, poorly maintained, and made unsettling noises. Upgrading and properly maintaining them could significantly improve the experience. Cleanliness: While the general area was somewhat clean, the rides and washrooms were extremely unhygienic, which was disappointing. Timing for Special Band: The 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM slot felt too short for a fulfilling visit. Extending this time would make the visit more enjoyable for families. Suggestions for Improvement: Focus on modernizing the rides and ensuring regular maintenance. Enhance cleanliness, especially in washrooms and near the rides. Provide a longer time slot for special bands to allow families to enjoy their visit without feeling rushed. A Note for Future Visitors: Sindbad’s Wonderland offers a decent experience, but it’s worth noting that there are better amusement park options in Karachi that might provide a more enjoyable and value-for-money experience. If you’re planning a family day out, explore your options and choose what suits you best.
Final Thoughts: Sindbad’s Wonderland has great potential to be a fantastic family destination. With improvements in ride quality, cleanliness, and time flexibility, it could easily offer a...
Read moreI was robbed by Sindbad management Gulshan e Iqbal yesterday.
At park management was offering band for kids Rs 700 each for 21 Rides. I purchased 3 hand black 🖤 band for 3 kids. Altogether I had 9 family members. We entered the park approx 5 00 pm
At 800 pm when we showed the band tried to enter the bumb car area near masjid we were stopped by guard / ride handler. He said your black card is expired. It is valid for 3 hours only. This was not informed to us. Neither it was anywhere displayed on band / board. Due to Sunday there was too much crowd. Every ride took us approx half an hour due to long lines. Moreover, we took snacks break and two namaz breaks for maghrib and Eshal prayers. It we were informed that there was time limit we would have not taken 45 minutes snack break and utilized time on rides.
We spend approx 4,000 there on rides and snacks. On our last ride bumping cars my 3 small children aged 6-10 waited half an hour for our turn which when finally came they were discarded Awat like beggars. The guard there asked us to buy tickets for rides again and denied accepting Our 3 hand cards. We were insulted, cheated and treated wrongfully .
This is mis communication. I was too tired to protest . I asked for management but no one came to our assistance.
Please avoid buying Rs 700 hand bands.
These people are fraud.
In Pakistan every body can cheat you . They are running huge campaigns on bands for 21 Rides on Ra 700 cards They advertised that consumers can save Rs 1970 worth of rides on each card .
I wish I could sue them
Do consumers have any rights in Pakistan
shame on You Sindbad...
