Darawat Dam دراوت ڈیم — Attraction in Manjhand Taluka

Darawat Dam is about 125 KM from Karachi on Motorway towards Hyderabad. You will have to exit from Thana Bola Khan Motorway interchange and move towards left side link road, it's a good road for any kind of vehicle. It may take 20-30 minutes to reach Dam from interchange. The Dam visit will be worthy during rainy days. There are not boats or shops yet. Government should work on this to convert it into tourism point and a source of earnings for the nearby villages as all these...

This is a really nice place to spend some time out of the city. It is an approx 2 hours drive from Karachi and less from Hyderabad.

The view is really nice. Has clean and sweet water. Swimmimg is not recommended and not allowed.

Take your CNIC(ID) card with you since the security will keep record with them.

Not much to do once you are the dam but you can park your vehicle and take cool pictures of scenery.

Hiking could done but you need good...
