Royal Farms & Countryside Resort — Attraction in Mirpur Sakro Taluka

Want to give 5 Stars but some measures have to be taken by the authorities:

_ prices of the farm are too much hy for only 10 hrs We booked their grande farm house in 72,000 in 20% Discounted rate (90,000 Originally for weekdays)

_ It is a luxurious huge farm house and has to b handled by some staff....we faced 6 to 7 Times electricity power break down due to bar bar breaker girna.....and the keeper of the farm house fallen in deep sleep and their very unprofessional Manager Asad, might be sleeping whole night, did not attending the call nor responding to any message......keeper Shoaib bhai ko sotay se othaya tou wo bunda was all alone became active took electrician with him then we got settled at mid night.....all that was very hassled; tiring for us with small kids.......so strongly suggesting to be taken serious actions against the management by the authorities because they are charging a handsome amount for only 10 Hrs.... other wise keeper Shoaib bhai is a very good n nice bunda by himself and thankful for his hospitality but should increase active n responsive staff for night stays....

_ Outside the farm house Resort was good but what we have watched in the videos given by their representative was little bit different from our expectations....only two guys were attending the whole resort and we 40 persons were only depending on those only 2 Guys as they have charged 400 Rs per activity so here too measures should be noted, only dirt rides n archery is in working conditions.......good area for boating but no maintainance of boats only one chuppo wali boat, in very pathetic condition, is working and fortunately for free but we have to operate that boat alone because the both guys were not able to serve all at the same time.....

But no doubt one of beautiful n luxurious farmhouse it is.....had quick n good responses from the representative who was attended us, Osmaan bhai very cooperative n helpful person he is.....He also provided us no. of the transporter as conveyance for our picnic (though it was an other story that we had face mechanical issues with the bus on the way towards the farmhouse that spared one hour of our...

This is one of best Farm House i have ever visited in Pakistan.

Here is the reason why:

Super Clean rooms, super clean toilets, well maintained luxury furniture in all rooms. When we entered the farmhouse all ACs were already running and rooms were chilled.

We requested the management to clear all rooms prior to our arrival for any lizards, mosquitoes or any other insects inside the house. Trust me there wasn't any single insect or lizards inside.

The pool was very clean and with shade. They filled the pool with sufficient chlorine in front of us (as we requested) both at night and in the morning and they showed us the overall chlorine level.

Everything there was in order and in perfect running condition.

The management and the ground staff were super helpful, cooperative and was there round the clock (we spent 20 hours there).

The best thing is that you can get Cafe Imran's food delivered in the farm within an hour. We didn't take the food with us. The ground staff charge 1000 Rs for that which i think is justified and worth it (Cafe Imran is 10 km away)

Things you should know:

It's quite expensive but to be honest it's worth the money, i literally calculated the cost and it's very reasonable with respect to that.

The last 1.5 km from the road to the Farm is very rough and bumpy.

Our recent visit to Royal Side Farm House & Country Side was a mixed experience. The first challenge was the long distance from Karachi – it took us almost 1 hour and 45 minutes to reach, which made the journey quite exhausting before the day had even started.

On arrival, the property looked decent, and the rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool was well maintained, which added a positive touch to the stay. These aspects showed that the management does take care of basic cleanliness and upkeep.

However, several outdoor activities were closed due to the rain in the past week. While we understand that weather conditions can affect facilities, it was disappointing that no concession or adjustment was offered in the bill despite these closures. Guests expect fair consideration when key attractions are unavailable, and this is an area where the management should definitely improve.

Overall, Royal Side Farm House & Country Side has potential for a good getaway, but the long travel time, lack of billing flexibility, and limited activities during our visit made it less enjoyable than expected. Better customer service and fairer compensation policies could make future visits...
