We recently visited Sunway Lagoon Water Park and had a truly wonderful experience. My kids were not feeling very well during the trip, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Their hospitality, kindness, and prompt support truly stood out and made a big difference in our day. A special thanks to the Manager, Naik Nawaz, who personally ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to see such dedication, and we’re incredibly grateful.

The park itself is very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It’s spacious, with plenty of shaded areas. There are a variety of attractions suitable for all age groups, from gentle water play areas for younger kids to thrilling slides and wave pools for older children and adults.

We also really appreciated the separate area designated for ladies – a thoughtful and respectful feature that added to the comfort, privacy, and inclusiveness of the experience.

The staff across the park were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Safety measures were clearly in place.

It was as usual splendid experience since we have very limited opportunities of such kind of water parks. Water fun activities are very rare in this region, so this park is a great attraction for 5 from Karachi and Hyderabad. Water quality is much better than the other parks, and it is properly processed for cleaning. Ticket Price 🎟 is slightly higher, but it is worthy if you have fun whole of the day. Good place for families, and the hut options are also a good advantage. Outside food is not allowed in the pool area, but it is allowed to bring from outside. There are many slides 🛝 for all ages, including 3 years of children. Many fantastic options of tube slides and the best one is zigzag slide with steep dive. The water swing slide is also good for fun. Kids usually enjoy the most in this park. The only drawback and exhausted part is to take the tube to the height. It is suggested to install a proper lift as available in other water park like Fiesta water park. Overall it is a good park to have fun with family. Highly recommended to visit on weekdays to...
