Paseo Marino — Attraction in Barrio Norte

Unfortunately Colòn residents are confused. Being low income isn't synonymous of being wasteful, trashy, and "cochinos" Dog poop all over because their owners lack consideration, community awareness, and common sense. Place is dirty and dingy, falling apart because the alcalde ( city mayor) is a thug uneducated rift raft. The same as corregidores. I was very disappointed by Paseo Marino park. The park was empty and dirty. There was trash everywhere, and the grass was overgrown. The waterfront view was ruined by the smell and the noise. The park felt unsafe and neglected. I do not recommend this park to anyone. Place has closed down...
