Bastimentos Sky Zipline Canopy Tour — Attraction in Bastimentos

Nous avons vraiment eu une terrible expérience ici. Nous avions réserver d’avance pour le lundi 13:00 et tout était beau, mais quand j’ai écris à 12:15 pour savoir comment m’y rendre au bon endroit ils nous ont dit que c’était annuler à cause de la température (il y avait eu un peu de pluie en matinée mais il faisait déjà chaud) ils disaient aussi que ce n’était pas sécuritaire ce que je comprends et ne voulut pas m’obstiner, on était par contre déjà sur place ils nous ont alors proposer de venir demain 13:00 pour le faire et nous on donné un discount de 20% ce qui était très gentil. Par contre le lendemain (mardi) on allait partir de notre airbnb loin du port pour se rendre sur l’ile red frog et sur le point de rentrer dans le taxi on se fait canceler disant qu’il n’y a pas de personnel aujourd’hui. Ok, vraiment vraiment frustrant ! On a payé notre taxi, dû annuler notre taxi boat et changer nos plans. On a remit ca au lendemain (mercredi) à 10:00 et on nous a cancelé ENCORE juste quand notre taxi arrivait donc on a pas pu l’annuler et on a du annuler encore une fois notre taxi boat. Tellement de bla bla ! En plus cette fois ci ils n’ont pas donnés aucune raison et m’ont dit que et je cites « out of ower hand » etc. Mauvaise expérience assuré. C’était notre dernière...

The Bastimentos Sky Zipline Canopy Tour was a great experience for my wife and me. We had a great time with the different segments. Safety was the primary concern of the two guides who joined us. We felt privileged to be the only guests on this particular tour. Minor observation: the experience would have been perfect if the guides had shown a little more enthusiasm beyond the pure technical aspects of quickly...

This was the best experience!!! We saw a sloth named Wilson. The guys with our group were amazing!!!!!!!! They made our experience very pleasant and we will be back!! We sang on the bus with them and it was the best time on our whole trips. They were very friendly and helpful. We did the whole course and wouldn't want any other team to be with us. Thank you for the amazing opportunity to be with amazing people....
