A beautiful botanical garden in the cloud tropical forest. During the dry season, people can get there just to visit the garden. During the rainy season, peaple have pay to take a meal and to visit the garden. The entrance fee is really affordable and worth it. You can choose the breakfast+ the garden, the lunch+ the garden or tea time+ the garden. We got the lunch spot which is the more expensive: $23 per person. Breakfast and tea time are cheaper. You can check out their website for more info and bookings. The lunch was delicious and really tasty. The staff is extremelly welcoming. There are a serie of different gardens and a trail getting you uphill to a mirador where you can enjoy a full overview of Cerro Punta and the...

We've been here many times over the years, bring family as a great tourist attraction. We've always had a great time. We took family there yesterday and were greeted at the gate, in not such a friendly manner, gate opened a crack with them looking out at us. We discussed prices and were shocked to discover they would charge us an additional $30 fee because we had 8 people. This won't mentioned on the phone the day before, when I mentioned we had 8 people. Also, not mentioned, was we needed to show proof of vaccination. Non of us carry our cards so we couldn't get in. Well, maybe we'll go back in a year or so, but I must say, Customer service this time was well below par. And they lost mo...

This place is outstanding. The best bang for the buck you'll get in Chiriquí. I came here without expectations and this place blew my mind, make sure you reserve for a guided tour through the orchids and gardens exquisitely curated. There's audio guides with very interesting information about the creation of the place and curiosities about plants and flowers (both in English and Spanish). You can have breakfast and lunch here, just make sure you call first to get menu and have them plan in advance. The trail to the top of the hill is challenging but doable, better with hiking boots. Definitely a place I'd recommend. My family and I spent about 4 hours in the area and it was...

This finca has beautiful gardens with a wide variety of plants. The orchid exhibition is really good and the explanations by the guide are very good and it's included in the piece. There is also a path to a viewing platform. The first part is well made but the second half requires care. The view from there is beautiful. This place is worth a visit, but note: while the website says there is a student discount, there wasn't when we visited! They also don't offer a Jubilado discount! At $25 per person it's a little pricey for locals.

We booked Finca Dracula for breakfast and were very pleased with everything … except being totally unprepared for the rainy day - totally our own fault! The breakfast was delicious, the guided tours of the orchids, the orchid garden and cactus garden were wonderful. We did manage to climb the flight of the quetzal trail and the view from the top - wow! We will be booking another date to go, hoping for less rain, and a day of wow moments. An absolute gem of a place.
