The outdoor-poster boards are bilingual, but the indoor museum panels are all in spanish. The 2 guides on site did not speak English but were incredibly patient with us as we fumbled along. Very knowledgeable. Other useful info: parking right outside, there is no fee or even donation box to enter - it's free. Did not see anywhere to fill up a water bottle, but there was a guy selling bottles right outside. There are free - and very clean - bathrooms on site. He was extremely knowledgeable but only spoke Spanish. We still understood him. If you have internet, there is a QR code that can be used to get more information. Some signage was in English.
