Here is one of those places that everyone must see. Large observation deck that can take a large crowd. Once you get there, you will be pleased to see a view of mountain ranges and the ocean. There are three ranges. One is right in front of you, the next about three miles away, and the furthest one about five miles away. The body of water you will see in the foreground is the bay. Beyond that you will see the pacific ocean. And the narrow strip of land between the bay and the ocean is called punta chame and you can drive there.

The Mirador itself is a large wooden platform with a well kept wooden incline to reach it, wheelchair accessible, even if a bit steep. There is no admission fee, which is great, but pets are not allowed onto the platform. The road to get here is in good conditions, but very windy and it takes about an hour from when you leave the Panamerican Highway.
