Once you arrive, you will see a parking lot, gazebo and picnic area. This is perhaps the only place nearby suitable for you to have an actual picnic on the lawn. By that I mean laying a large bed sheet on the lawn and sitting with friends and family.
The main attraction is the trail. It is one kilometer in distance, taking you about twelve minutes to walk to the end. This place is popular because of the escape from civilization. The nature, breeze, fresh air, smell of greenery. Small trail that does a good job at relaxing the mind. So even though it is still close to civilization, this trail feels far from it. Believe it or not, I like how the trail is comprised of an unpredictable mix of worn down concrete, gravel, mud and grass.
The trail ends abruptly into a round opening. Then you have to turn around and return the same way you came in. Note that this is a privately owned area, so the owners are being nice enough to maintain it for all to enjoy. There are a bunch of rules that must be followed, as seen in one of the pics.

There's a map at the end of the trail barely showing you the full trail project. Very ambitious but unfinished.
Some buildings at the entrance and middle offer some relief from the sun but without benches.
The effort in building the trail is appreciated but it would be better if they could finish it and offer other facilities.
