Adventure Park PNG — Attraction in Central

It is a very nice place, scenic location and is a perfect getaway from the busy city of Port Moresby countering a quiet and peaceful break, especially during the weekends. Fun games inclined with natural elements, local fresh produce supporting local community around is one of the positive vibe that is created. Also the vegetation and/or the environment is very scenic creating a touch of nature at its best. Integrated with modern technology in harmony with the environment, the water-slides and others are found in the park, as the name itself implies (Adventure Park). A good initiative and idea that has been eventuated creating positivity in the community, an attraction to all to ‘must – visit’ and have fun time with family and friends. A peace of mind and great memories can be created during the visit. In my opinion, a lot could be done to really bring out the best of the park. In terms of working together with the surrounding community in a team work in identified areas of natural environment conservation and endangered animal species to which help people appreciate nature with respect. It is also a wonderful place or venue to host birthday parties, picnics or other activities of such. So, let’s all create good...

A beautiful place to host a function, go for a picnic, or simply to get away relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is an orchid garden, kid's amusement facilities including merry-go-round, water slide, mini train, and others, there is a little animal feeding/petting area with goats, sheeps etc. There are little huts provided to sit under and enjoy a meal. You can take your own food in, or buy from Big Rooster (fast food) outlet. The only bad thing I experienced there was the toilet facilities, and also there isn't much lighting in the premises if your event runs a little over time i.e. past closing time (though I guess that was purposely done so no one stays after...

Adventure park is one of the two national park in Port Moresby..they have small wind house for barbecue and a small metal stall for sitting plus a nice big field for playing and party celebration..the park is full of different animals that you can think of and our native bird of paradise that was exhibited this year.Additionally,they have flowers(orchids) from different provinces planted inside the park and a big round lake in the mist of the park that will give you a nice relaxation view and a water slide for kids...the area is clean and safe for a whole school,church and a good number of families to go...
