This newly opened place is an exhibition of local eco and indigenous crafts. It is not a museum as all is current day, and it is the most well done display I have seen so far in Paraguay. If the weather has been alright, then the craftsmen from 6 tribes will be present to explain how they produce and use the handicrafts/art.
To get there, first you enter through the gate at the road. Then they escort you to the parking area 300 m inside. From there you walk ca. 1 km through the beautiful forest to a building that is situated at the water front. The building is a nice piece of architecture (unlike most in Paraguay). The dam is used as a supplement to the Itaipu Hydro Power Plant when water is running low.
