What a wonderful off the beaten place to check out. This is a very well preserved pre inca construction. No entrance fee (Feb 2018). If this places come near you don't waste the opportunity. From Pitumarca town I payed 5USD to have a taxi taking me up there wait for 40min and take me back to the main square of Pitumarca, from there is easy to get any local transport to the main road. This area is general is very mistakenly underrated....

Any photos really won't bring the site justice. Gorgeous Pre-Inka site, beautifully preserved. The main complex creates a marvelous contrast with its twin peak which remains virtually untouched. The summit also provides a view of the entire valley, with a view of the river Ausangate.
