We are from San Fernando, la Union and decided to go here for a date night. I am so happy that we did because it was SO beautiful. It reminded me of LACMA in California. I absolutely loved the flowers at night. It was very serene and there were many spots to take good pictures. Only issue were the many mosquitos at night. Please wear some spray to keep them away because it's many many and you don't want to catch dengue. The drive up was a beautiful view that truly stands out. One of the workers even told us you can rent a space to stay there, I think it would be a nice family getaway. There are many spots around you can drive to. And also on the premises is a pool and a food spot.

Only recommendation: small restaurant, maybe just for breakfast. We drove out to chow king in Bangued to get breakfast and made sure we had plenty of snacks.
Of course, anywhere in the Philippines, for all the tourist.. bring mosquito repellant. You will...
