Money pit only I'm 65 years old and pretty fit as well. When I arrived I asked how far the hike 20 minutes I was told. I can hike 20 min no problem.
Over one hour and still 15 min to the bottom, I've done 1 hour down before but this is pretty serious hiking even for my wife we and she does arobics every day. Very dangerous as well if you fall which I did but not serious, some drops are more than 10 meters down so serious injury if you do. I had to pay for a guide and they did not Introduce you to her. When I asked for help the guide was already down at the bottom so .twice went to get her. My wife walked u and asked if she was the guide she actually lied and pointed at another girl. The girl was probably 12 years old and did not know what to do. Some people stayed with me on the trail to make sure I was ok but it's not their job to do that. Then the guide came up (kid) and everyone arguing for 1/2 hour so I interupted to see what's going on ....nothing. I told the girl to go back up and get a horse so k can get out of here without dieing. They did and horse came in about 1 hour which was fine. I went out 1st so I can deal with problems by myself and not have to get my wife Involved. Now 1pm wasted 400p going there saw nothing, risked my life and for what. Cost me another 400p for the horse as well even those I see the sign 150p horse rental. Complete rip off at best, but very...
Read moreWorth to ttreck, climb and to have cramps. There are three parts of the falls. Going to the last water falls is easy , taking the walk down hill for an hour there you'll be welcomed by a great high water fall and can do swimming but not allowed near the falls it self photos are great at this part. Next to go to the middle falls you'll need to climb up to the hill, this is the start of the hard journey. You can swim there be careful about slippery rock and dont swim near the flow of water downhill then you'll be safe. Next stop the one they call kawa there you can jump to the water if you have still the stamina. Entrance fee would be 30 pesos per pax and 300 for the tour guide per 10 pax. The tour guide would be negotiable.. there you go enjoy. Its better to look for a blog about this place so you'll expect more and prepare...

It is a short hike, very easy from start to the foot of the falls because it is going down. But the challenge starts at climbing the falls, we took the Long Trail which lets us see the falls from the bottom to the top. When you get near the falls it is very empowering, the cold splashes of water and fresh air recharges you. You really need to be physically prepared for this hike, since you're going to being water+food because there are no stores nearby. Even the guides warned us of the dangerous path when climbing, a few people already died from falling too.
This is my 2nd time around so I already know what to expect. The only difference is I'm with my crush again. 😏😏😏
Hoping to make more memories with my crush!...
