Very poor management. We book in advance for an overnight stay, we paid in good faith for the down-payment, yet when we arrived 45 minutes earlier the scheduled time, we were surprised that there are people decorating and seemed like preparing for an event too on that same day. We booked 3 weeks earlier, expected that we will be accommodated nicely at least -- but for pete's sake!!! It's frustrating to think why your business is still running, di pa ba kayo nalulugi kaka refund and at the same time mgbayad ng compensation for the inconvenience? I guess not. Pagpatuloy niyo lang char. Ayusin niyo appointment setting and availability ng accommodation niyo please lang. Lastly, ayaw niyong malaman kapalpakan niyo sa fb page niyo? Pwes dito ako magrereview, lol.

Take Note: Maraming nagsabi samin DOUBLE BOOKING daw negosyo niyo hindi staycation. Lol Awareness to all, if wala kayong makitang transparency (may mga bad reviews or suggestions to improve the service) sa fb page or any other contact method ng isang place lalo na tong resort na to, WAG NIYO NA ITULOY. Far from main road, no parking space, not well lighted Ang neighborhood. Accommodating naman Ang staff. Good for family use only. May asong gala which may pose risks to customers. Luma na Ang resort tho...
