Tanato River park is a good place to go for cyclists. The road is somewhat challenging as the gradient is around 15% on some parts. A steep downhill is also challenging near the river.

Unfortunately, the river bank is already littered with garbage. I hope to go back here sometime soon just to clean.

Regarding water sources, I don't think the water is potable since there is a community living upstream of the river but I think you can take a dip in its clear water.

Setting-up camp beside the river may be possible because it has a good tree covering it. The canopy of the tree extends towards the river.
