Cleanliness, I'd say that the rooms were quite dirty, We checked under the bed and it was a bunch of dust and dirt. We arrived 2 hours later than the expected time of arrival and they still haven't managed to clean the room, The wallpaper was ripping off so we could see the brick behind it. Not to mention the dog feces scattered around the beach.

Inconsiderate, Our family is quite big and we had a lot to pack so when it was our time to leave the resort they gave us 1 hour until we paid 500 pesos more. We finished 30 minutes after and they still charged us even though they said we only had to pay it if we took one whole hour.

Inconveniences, Many of the door locks are NOT working in the rooms, the door handles are almost falling apart, and the rooms are infested with bugs, so if your children or you are scared of insects DON'T go out the balcony.

My suggestions for the people considering going here, DON'T go swimming at certain times. The beach is very rocky so make sure to bring beach shoes, I'll also suggest that if you aren't a big fan of animals or any of your children are scared of dogs/cats don't go here. You should also always bring a bug...
