22 Sep 2024. My Northern Tour started around 2pm and this was the third destination. It's a very small place, but I really enjoyed this part of the tour for the following reasons: (1) nothing had been changed in its internal structure ever since it was built in the second world war; (2) there is an underground bunker that I have yet to visit because of the steep and slippery stairs; (3) it is a nice piece of our history; (4) I can imagine playing nerf gun war games here; (5) the place is also used as shelter by yellow pit vipers and white pit vipers. I recommend bringing flashlights that are not on your mobile phone. I intend to come back in order to explore that...

this Japanese tunnel is also part of the tour in north batan, batanes...be sure that you have your flashlight with you when you go inside the tunnel because its totally dark inside...no worries because there's no unnecessary smell while your inside the tunnel...but take caution when its wet because there's a possibility that it is more slippery, the last photo is the hole where you will exit...you need extra effort before exiting because that opening is certainly low for aged...
