The views are breathtaking. The plastic flowers are supposed to be lighted at night but last time I went there they did not turn it on. Such a disappointment as I brought my family along and waited until dark for nothing.

Whoever planned this had vision. But unfortunately they cannot execute well. Not only do they not maintain the facilities. They do not inform tourist. They also could not develop it more than just a single attraction which would quickly bore people.
They should have pushed developements beside the spot. Restaurants, hotels, coffeeshops, souvenirs, clubs and other amenities to take advantage of the big investment they put up. The view at the top is overlooking Camotes Sea to the far left and the City lights to the right side. The flowers are synthetic and they glow during the evening.
