The park is not yet fully and properly developed. So are the cherry trees. They're still too small and too young to produce magnificent blossoms. Recommend going there during blooming season, possibly late Feb onwards. Best to get in touch with the municipality of Atok first to check if it is going to be worth going as the trees don't sync with the blooms of their siblings in more northern latitudes. Been there twice. First time we went there a couple of years ago, we saw a few sakura blossoms. Just went there again this January '20 and there were none. There's an adjacent park (Haight's Place. Access here is included with the entrance fee) where flowering/ornamental plants also bloom. Offseason, they're vegetable gardens though. Magnificent views...
Read moreThe Sakura Farm or Sisterhood Park is still being developed and might be done after the month of March. It overviews wide farms and has a wide space for you to have picnics. You can also put up your tents if you would like to stay overnight. Just make sure you inform the owner or staffs there. Soon the Cabin they are building will done and good to stay. Read moreThe place is located ~50km away from the city situated in Atok. Going up there from the main road could be challenging because the road is one way with slots along the way to give ample space to cars coming from both ends. I would say that the place and structure have been set up already. You can see from the pictures that ghere is still room and for the all the flowers to bloom.
