Unsafe, over-priced, under-staffed where it matters, no one in charge. I recommend not visiting this place. We (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) visited on Jan 6th 2025.. Slick sales lady on arrival sold us tickets for PhP 1550 each for unlimited rides on 3 zip lines. This is very pricey by Philipino standards. She said that they did not take credit card payments so we scrabbled around for enough cash. I was interested to see in another review that if you walk away the credit card machine appears. We were directed in by 2 guides to the large set of steps to the zip lines. This is when the slick and well-staffed experience ended. The zip lines and infrastructure are old, poorly maintained and falling apart. Steps on the towers are rotting. The landing platform that helps you alight from one zip line is a plastic chair. They had 6 other customers on that day and that was too many for them to cope with. After each zip ride a staff member has to manually pull back the equipment by hand before the next person can go (must be exhausting and they have no gloves to protect their hands). This means there is a long, long wait between rides and with 6 other customers meant that I waited over an hour at the top of the tower before I got a ride. I had time to notice there was no second person checks and that all the equipment looked tired and patched up, ropes had been cut and reknotted multiple times. Before my go the rope that pulls the zip line broke and so the staff member had to walk to the other side to carry the harness back ....another half and hour passed.. before he came back, slung the zip line back up... no second person checking the various bolts and ties. Finally a go on the ride ... but he had let the rope get tangled and so the zip line stopped in the middle with me dangling about 20 m above the jungle. So now the rescue.. I called out to ask what was going to happen next. No instructions or info came. A few staff looked a bit concerned. Eventually, a staff member at the other end tried to strap himself to the second zip line that ran parallel to the one I was dangling from. He was struggling. No other staff came to help him so my husband helped him. He then, with difficulty, using his arms pulled himself over to me and then had to haul both me and him back to the tower. I disembarked onto the plastic chair which of course fell over. This place is an accident waiting to happen. There was no manager available, no one in charge at the zip lines. They are short staffed with 9 customers using the rides. In the 2 hours I was at the park, I was able to do 2 zip lines, a far cry from the advertised unlimited rides on 3 zip lines. I asked for a partial refund at the end and to talk to the manager. The slick sales lady said neither...
Read moreThe staff was friendly and patient. We appreciated it very much, especially when our friend was scared of doing the obstacle course. It wasn't busy when we were there. The toilet area was clean then. Can't remember if there was toilet paper. There were lots of nice plants, but you can also see some trash around (I wish misbehaving guests get fined). My main concern was seeing the staff manually pulling lengthy ropes, plus things attached to them. The Superman side weighs 5 kg while the Surf ride is 10kg. Now, imagine the heat, humidity, and having to do the pulling repetitively as long as guests are queuing! I wouldn't be surprised if the staff suffers from fatigue, which can introduce risk to the safety of visitors. It is also a waste of time, waiting for the rope to be fully pulled back before every turn. Please consider investing more on machinery...
